			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Denvention 3, the 2008 World Science Fiction Convention, has announced a competition to find a designer for its Hugo Award trophy base. As usual, the trophy design must include the standard <a href="index.php?page_id=136">Hugo rocket</a>. </p>
<p>The rules of the competition are available on <a href="http://www.denvention3.org/hugodesigncompetition.php">Denvention 3&#8217;s web site</a>, and an archive of past trophies can be found <a href="index.php?page_id=10">on this site</a>. </p>
<p>All inquiries regarding the competition should be directed to Denvention 3, not to WSFS.</p>
<p><strong>Update, January 2, 2008:</strong> The competition closed December 31, 2007.</p>
